Walsh Wicklow Transfer on Hold Due to Application ErrorFebruary 28, 2007The controversial move by the Carlow midfielder to Mick O'Dywer's new county forced the Leinster Council to bring a scheduled meeting forward to deliberate on the issue.
But they found last night that Walsh's papers were not in order and Wicklow and Bray Emmets have indicated that they will re-submit his transfer request.
