Wicklow Suffer Glynn Blow

Wicklow Senior football manager Mick O'Dwyer may lose Leitghton Glynn for a number of National league games after the dual star received a straight whilst playing for the Garden County hurlers on Sunday.

Glynn was red-carded in the Division 2A win over Carlow at Dr Cullen Park. Both Glynn and Barrowside defender Shane Kavanagh were sent off following a melee at the end of the opening half.

Carlow's Jack Kavanagh, a substitute, was also red carded late in the second half for pulling on a Wicklow player.
