O'Shea missing for Bray

Cork City travel to face Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds tonight and Damien Richardson's side will be hoping to maintain their excellent away form after dropping two home points last week, after drawing with Shamrock Rovers, kick-off 7.45pm.

Jay O'Shea is missing for Bray as he is on international duty, although Stephen Fox should start.

City are at full strength after Brian O’Callaghan and Darren Murphy returned from injury in Monday night’s Setanta Sports Cup game against Dungannon Swifts.

Meanwhile, Cillian Lordan has picked up an infection, but is expected to be fit.

Cork are still without Gareth Farrelly and Colin Healy after their appeal for dispensation to play for the club was rejected by FIFA, but the club have indicated that they will appeal.

"We have a clean bill of health going into the game, which is a boost, as you always face a tough challenge when you travel to the Carlisle Grounds," said Richardson.

"We let ourselves down in a very important game in Bray last year, and we have been waiting patiently for this game to arrive. We will look to put it right, as last year’s defeat still rankles with us."

He added: "The level of performance in our last two games has been good. We have a good momentum going now, which needs not only to be maintained, but increased."
