Bray Wanderers have signed goalkeeper Chris O’Connor on for another year at the Carlisle Grounds. The 28-year-old has played 128 games for the Co. Wicklow club since joining in 2003, but his previous contract ran out this summer.

Thomas Walsh has revealed he has no intention of return to the Carlow set-up, Walsh controversially transferred to the Garden County last year and was part of the side that achieved success in the Tommy Murphy Cup. Louth have put an end to their three-game series with Mick O'Dwyer's Wicklow.
The Wee County ran out eventual 2-18 to 0-11 victors in their second replay at Croke Park today. Louth led by only seven points to six at half time after a tight first period.
