McManus Welcomes Bray Flood Protection SchemeFriday, March 16 2007Deputy Leader & Wicklow T.D. Liz McManus has welcomed the progress made by Bray Town Council to guarantee a flood protection scheme for the Lower Dargle area in Bray.
"Firstly I want to congratulate the residents of the Lower Dargle area of Little Bray who have pursued this project so effectively" Deputy Liz McManus said. "Following a successful consultation process an expert presentation was made this week to Bray Town Council to develop our Environmental Impact Standing to be presented to An Bord Pleanala. This project is being overseen by a partnership between Bray Town Council and the Office of Public Works and linked to the local community and I warmly welcome the progress to date". |
