7,000 Ecstasy Tablets Seized in Enniskerry (Friday, December 14 2007)
Gardai have seized 7,000 ecstasy tablets, worth €70,000. The seizure was made by the local drug unit during a search of a house at Kilgarron Park in Enniskerry in the early hours of the morning.

It is suspected that the death of a 24-year-old man, who died suddenly in Co Wicklow in the past 48 hours, may have been cocaine related. Paul Byrne lived with his parents and was the father of a nine-month-old baby girl.

Gardai and mountain search rescue teams have located a woman who was reported missing in the Wicklow mountains on Saturday evening. She was found in the Enniskerry area and has not suffered any injuries.

Gardaí in Bray have asked for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 64-year-old Sean O' Toole from Dargan Street, Bray, Co Wicklow. Mr O'Toole has not been seen since 5pm on 2 August 2007 and gardaí and Mr O Toole's family are concerned for his well being.
