Bray Jazz Festival Ready For May Bank Holiday

Bray will play host to it's eighth annual international jazz festival on the upcoming May Bank Holiday weekend.

This year's event will feature performances by celebrated American trumpeter Dave Douglas, by Danish jazz collective New Jungle Orchestra and by French composer and clarinetist Louis Sclavis,

along with close to 30 other concerts and shows at more than 15 venues in Bray.

Described by The Irish Times as 'the connoisseur's jazz festival', Bray Jazz has established a reputation for staging top quality concerts featuring leading names in jazz and world music from both at home and abroad. Alongside several groups from the US, France and Great Britain, this year's event will also feature concerts featuring artists from Germany, India and Cuba, as well as many of the top names performing in jazz in Ireland.
