Arklow Residents “living in fear”, says Kelly

Cllr. Nicky Kelly has been contacted by the residents of Seaview Avenue in Arklow by a group of residents whom are living in fear.

They are constantly “living in fear” due to the rise in anti-social behaviour in their area at night-time.

Most of the residents are elderly whom are entitled to respect and not be subject to binge drinking, speeding cars, attempts at having their cars broke in to & attempts at having their doors kicked in.

Cllr. Kelly calls for action to be taken in order to quell these issues and secure the residents in their own homes & environments.
