Facilities include a 25m pool, sauna, steam room, full gym facilities, sports hall, and racquet courts. There are also swimming, aerobics and other classes and a kid's summer camp.

Pool Hours (Peak = after 4.30pm):
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 7:15am - 10:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00am - 5:00pm
(open swimming hours vary between 10:00am and 5:00pm weekdays, but the pool is open every lunch time between 1pm and 2:00pm. 9:00pm - 10:00pm is adults only).

Gym Hours:
Monday –Wednesday - Friday: 7.15:00am - 10:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 10pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00am - 5:00pm
