Takewondo instruction taking place on Wednesday evenings. This is reflected in the uniforms that are allowed at the different training secessions. A combination of uniform colours may be worn on Monday nights but only a standard white uniform can be worn on the Wednesday's for the traditional Takewondo classes.

" In fact if anything the student gets a much more balanced view of what is happening today in the martial arts world and we hope this is also reflected in the persons outlook in the real world".
