abortion referendum. He then travelled down the county, reaching Arklow by the late afternoon where he visited the new Euroconnex facility in the Arklow Business park and the offices of WicklowToday.com.
Noonan was accompanied on his campaign visit by sitting county TD Billy Timmins and his fellow Fine Gael candidate Raymond O'Rourke. While in Arklow all three visited the Arklow Visual Arts community arts gallery where they met Donal Power, whose exhibition of photographs from Eithiopia is currently on display. While at the Gallery he was presented with a copy of the future plans for the arts centre by Board chairperson Andrew Manson and Committee Chairperson Mary Myler, who pointed out the the gallery had not been funded by the Arts council in the seven years of its existance.
Noonan, Timmins and O'Rourke then paid a quick visit to WicklowToday.com for a quick overview of the site before heading to Roundwood to campaign late into the evening.
