New Tax Registration Office

A twenty-year wait for motorists finally came to an end on Monday with the opening of a new motor taxation office in Bray. The new offices on the Southern Cross Business Park will facilitate motorists in North County Wicklow who under normal circumstances would have to travel down to Wicklow to register and pay their motor taxation.
The move can be viewed as part of the long overdue decentralisation of government departments at county and national level. A spokesperson for Wicklow County Council described the move as a positive addition to the facilities offered to the motorists of North County Wicklow.
