Confusion on House Price Forecast

Confusing messages over future house prices in County Wicklow are being voiced with regard to the Governments proposal to include twenty percent of all future residential developments for allocation under the social housing scheme. Under the scheme developers will have to provide one fifth of their land for local authority housing. This will lead to shortages in the supply chain and push up the actual cost of housing according to Fine Gael spokesperson on housing Billy Timmins.
