Bray Parking Costs to Increase

Motorists in Bray will shortly have to reach deeper into their pockets to meet the increased cost of parking in the town's two main car parks and where parking disc systems are in operation throughout the town centre. Bray Urban District Council announced that prices would be increased in the Florence and Herbert Road council car parks. And this is despite the fact that the Florence Road car park is expected to loose some of it parking spaces by the end of next year.

close circuit television system and general town improvement schemes. Reaction to the announcements was mixed today but the majority of motorists felt they were being victimised again and were as usual an easy target every time the council wants to fill its coffers.
